There are two great rivers within an hour of The Otter Chalet.  The Skykomish river on the west side of the mountains is an advanced river with Class 4 and 5 rapids.  Mt. Index is the back drop to this challenging river.  You will be facing the river that has the most difficult rapid in the state, the powerful Class 5 "Boulder Drop".

The Wenatchee river is one of the top ten rafting trips in the country!  This river is known for it's very large rapids and waves and Class 3+ water.  The weather can be quite hot and is perfect for water fights during the calm stretches.  This river is very forgiving so is great for beginners and advanced rafters.
